Electrology Licensing Program for Rhode Island

The state motto of Rhode Island reflects the character of its citizens in one simple word, "Hope".

The state training requirement for Electrology is the completion of a 650 hour program in a state approved electrology school or, the completion of 9 months of apprenticeship training. At this time there are no electrology schools in Rhode Island.

At AIE we've created a program that meets Rhode Island's training requirements. Distance learning is available for theory classes. Clinical study must be completed onsite. Learn more about affordable local housing available to our students.
