Electrology Licensing Program for Nevada

The "Silver State" of Nevada is what we call a licensed state, because it regulates the practice of electrology through licensing. In order to become an electrologist in the state of Nevada, you can either complete 500 hours of training or a 1000 hour apprenticeship, followed by the state electrology examination. AIE offers a 500 hour licensing program specifically written for Nevada residents. This meets the state's training requirement and is also a much easier, quicker and more flexible option than the apprenticeship. AIE's training will ensure you're ready for the state electrology exam and have a sure foundation for your new electrology career.

AIE's 500 hour licensing program for Nevada is delivered in two modules, which you can choose to take separately or together. All the theory requirements can be completed online from home while the hands-on practical training is done in-school and takes only 6 ½ weeks. Students can take all practical training in one session or break it up into one week increments to better suit their personal schedules.

AIE's programs are designed to be as flexible as possible, so almost anyone can begin training with us today. All AIE programs are offered on an open-enrollment basis, so you may start any day you wish and you can complete your training on a flexible schedule. You may complete your training in as little as 4 months or take as long as 24 months. The flexibility of our programs makes the choice all yours! As an AIE graduate, after passing the state exam you'll have the credibility that automatically comes with the professional designation, "Licensed Electrologist."

Testimonials

AIE creates success from start to finish. The program is excellent, and I was able to attend school while working a part-time job. The schools success rate for passing the CA State Electrology Exam is unparalleled. In addition, they have been there for me to this day, years after graduating. I now have a successful business with other electrologists working for me! I highly recommend AIE.
