COVID-19 Protocols For Client Services

What to expect when arriving at AIE:

  • We will ask clients to be wearing a mask on arrival and that it remains on during all services
  • Clients will be asked to fill out a questionnaire on arrival and have their temperature taken. (If your temperature is over 99 degrees, we must deny services for that day.)
  • We ask our clients to leave purses in their car
  • Bring only Phone, Keys and Credit Card
  • We will provide a sanitation area where you will sanitize all your belongings and then put them in a plastic bag
  • We will have you sanitize the bottom of your shoes
  • You will be asked to sanitize and wash your hands before and possibly throughout your visit
  • Only the person receiving a service will be allowed to enter the building

Checking in:

  • We kindly ask that you WAIT IN YOUR CAR on arrival
  • Once in our parking area, please reach out to us by phone and advise you to have arrived
  • We ask all guests to arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment time enabling us to go through the check in process
  • We will contact you by phone when your provider is ready, and they will meet you at the door
  • If you are late for your appointment it will be cancelled, rescheduled or your appointment will be revised accordingly
  • When your provider meets you at the door, they will go through the check in protocols
  • We ask not to hug even though we all miss each other

We are currently taking cash, credit card and Groupon payments. Tips can be placed in the Tip container at reception.
